A cup of vinegar, a cup of honey, and 2-4 cups of hot distilled water. Add 1/4 of cayenne pepper (you can even use more if your body is used to it). Mix and refrigerate. Consume cupfuls of the mixture until your problem cures. You can even drink it cold if you like it that way.

3.Witch hazel

It is created from the bark of a compound called Hamamelis virginiana. It is only an external product and is applied to the anal and perianal area. It is well known to decrease the bleeding caused by the hemorrhoids and is an astringent, which dries up the tissue. It is also helpful in relieving the symptoms of pain, swelling, and itching seen in hemorrhoids.

This is well known as plant Ruscus aculeatus. It is well known by the other name box holly, knee holly, and sweet broom. It was once used by European butchers to clean their chopping blocks. It has been used for hundreds of years to treat hemorrhoids and improve the poor blood circulation which is seen sometimes in varicose veins. This extract is anti-inflammatory and constricts the swollen veins by improving the vein and the integrity of veins, shrinking haemorrhoidal tissue. It constitutes of an active compound known as ruscogen.

Butcher’s broom can be taken in tea or capsule form. The tea tastes bitter so you can add some honey or stevia to make it sweet. Steep a teaspoon of butcher’s broom in a cup of hot water for around 10 to 15 minutes.

5.Horse Chestnut:

We obtain this from a herb well known by the name of Aesculus hippocastanum, it is similar to butcher’s broom as it works when the circulation around the anus is poor. It helps in relieving itching, swelling, and inflammation of the hemorrhoids and strengthens the blood vessels walls. It has an active compound well known as aescin.

Horse Chestnut:

Horse chestnut is taken in capsule or tea form. For external application, compresses can be made. It should not be taken if you are allergic to horse chestnut or have bleeding disorders or you are taking blood thinners. 

Horse chestnut should be prepared with the help of seeds, young branches, or bark of the plant. Like the remaining part of the plant is considered to be poisonous. Some rare side effects of horse chestnut include bleeding complications, bruising, liver or kidney damage.

Triphala belongs to ayurvedic medicine. It is a compound made from three separate fruits. It acts as a bowel tonic, it decreases constipation without being harsh on the bowels.

9.Marshmallow root, chamomile flowers, and flaxseeds: -

10.For hard stools: – You can use half a cup of aloe juice twice in a day. However, they are intended for a short duration and not for long term use.

11.Witch hazel leaf and wild yam root: – Both this combination helps a lot in your constipation and hemorrhoids.
